Why a listing may receive a badge
A badge is a public editorial signal attached to a LexPilot listing. For law firms, the signal may reflect licensing and standing checks, source quality, practice focus, transparency and accessibility. For AI legal tools, it may reflect provider identity, documented capabilities, pricing clarity, security posture and whether the tool is useful for real legal workflows.
Badges are separate from advertising. A firm or tool cannot pay to rank higher, buy a Verified label, or buy an Editor's Pick label. Sponsored relationships, display ads and affiliate links do not control scores, rankings or badges.
How to link back
Listed firms and tools may link to their public LexPilot profile. The recommended link target is the exact listing detail page, not the homepage, so visitors can review the context behind the badge. Link text such as “Reviewed on LexPilot” or “Verified on LexPilot” is acceptable when it accurately matches the badge shown on the listing.

Badge changes and corrections
LexPilot may change or remove a badge when source information changes, a listing becomes outdated, a correction is verified, or a product or firm no longer meets the relevant criteria. To request a correction, use the public contact form.
