The question

I’ve created a novel algorithm that significantly improves prime number prediction — it maintains high accuracy even at magnitudes approaching those used in 128-bit encryption. I'm concerned that publishing or patenting it may trigger scrutiny under the Invention Secrecy Act of 1951, or worse, disqualify it from public protection. I'd like to know how to safely move forward whether to patent, license, or keep it proprietary and how to protect myself from government seizure. This could have implications for cryptography, compression, or large-scale computation, so I’d like to explore my rights carefully. Also I will need a lawyer that can do NDA, I want to share with certain academic academies.
