The question
I was in an accident October of this year while on state grounds and clocked in at work and my car was not moving. The other person was at fault but the way the police wrote up the police report he wrote me, and the other person was at fault when that is not true. I was injured in this accident and when I asked the job for the footage, they claimed they don't have it anymore because the accident was over a month and the video overlapped. Now the other insurance is not trying to pay. and if I can't get the state to pay, can I get the insurance or the company the man was working for to pay for something. Because he worked for a vendor of the state not the actual state of Florida.
