I left to go to McDonald’s with my 2 year old son. I returned home to my mom being at my house to see my kids. But then her and my boyfriend sat me down and my mom asked what was going on? I was so confused. My boyfriend then speaks up and says “I found what you were hiding in your room” mind you, never once showed me what he found, and took everything with him outside while he called the police. This was after my parents touched everything. Cops wanted me to confess because come to find out it was an old purse of mine that hung on my closet door underneath a lot of hoodies and sweaters because I didn’t use the bag except to store important mail. The bag had never left the house. There was a baggie with 1.7 grams of cocaine in it, a little colander thing, mail, and an envelope with my name on it from raffle tickets I bought off of my friends daughter. The police were awful to me from the start saying I was lying and that “all fingers point at me” How likely will I be charged?
