We financially support our adult daughter (full time college) and when we signed the lease we were REQUIRED to add her to the lease. We received the deposit refund but it included our daughter and we can’t deposit to bank with third party. Our daughter has offered a written request asking them to remove her and reissue the check to me and my husband but they are refusing. Is there any we can do?
