The question
I have ideas for a couple of patents, so it was suggested I contact an attorney specializing in that area. The few offices I've thus far contacted had no idea what a patent attorney is, even though their firms are listed under that category. In short, I would like to schedule and in-person "interview" with a local patent attorney to determine the viability of my ideas, the steps involved in producing prototypes, and which types of patents I need, as well as cost for all the steps involved.
