The question
I am seeking California legal malpractice counsel regarding deprivation of legal, financial, and property rights resulting from alleged unauthorized activities by former counsel affecting approximately $2.7 million in collectible personal assets and rights. I later discovered through court filings, transcripts, billing records, and related proceedings that activities affecting my rights and interests allegedly proceeded behind my back without disclosure, authorization, approval, or participation from me. The matter involved separate courts and personal assets and rights which I contend were outside the former counsel’s authority to handle, negotiate, waive, or affect without my direct approval. The resulting harm includes continuing financial exposure, ongoing five-figure monthly obligations, deprivation of legal and property rights, and substantial continuing damages. I am currently seeking litigation counsel for review, recovery, and protection of remaining rights.
