How do I go about with the following situation?

A friend of mine is asking me to lend him $300,000 for a period of 2 years. As part of a guarantee and to protect my money, he is willing to let me put a lien on a hotel property that he owns in Clearfield, PA. I do not know how many liens the property has although he says that he has only one lien from the mortgage. What would be a process for me to ensure that my money is protected and that he pays me back within 2 years?

How can I properly repossess a vending machine that was financed to a customer who placed it in someone else's private property?

The vending machine has been financed to a customer who has signed a contract and agreed to pay the respective payment every month. As per the terms, the equipment has to be repossessed should the customer fail to make the payments. However, the machine is placed in a private property who's owner is a third party. How can we lawfully repossess the machine should the location not allow us to remove the machine or not allow us to get into the location to extract?

Can an investor close down a business he does not own

We have an investor in our company but he is not on the business license or any other documents besides he says he owns the holding company that invested the money for our shop so the question is does he have rights to be on our bank account and I have the right to withdraw money at his own will or litigate any rules and regulations with our company . The owner then came from the back and accused me of stealing baseball cards from the shop. She has ignored and put off the payments and has missed every single one and not paid anything towards this furniture. I have game her multiple times and wrote up a letter of demand and told her we’d be doing a small court claim if not paid in full within the 2weeks from the latter of demand. It’s now past that and as she claims she still is going to pay for it she has not and ignores/ makes excuses. I need to know if I need to file the small court claim here in wv or would I have to file in Pa since that’s where she is from. Can I get my money back for filling the small claim the fees and stuff if I win?

False inspection

I was sold a vehicle that the inspection vin number was different then what was the vin number of the vehicle . I bought the vehicle with bill of sale as is from a small business dealer . To sum up my story the truck should have never passed and it didn’t per real vin number not what was on the inspection paper . I spent 10k on a truck that I should have never have bought but I don’t know about how to fight my case or if I have a fighting case to persue . Please help

Is sending business financial documents to outsiders a lawsuit worthy offense?

My LLC is run by myself and a partner at 50/50. He has sent some of our financial documents to someone unrelated to the business, without my knowledge or consent. I want to know if this is an offense that I can legally take him to court for? As well as offering our only employee a job to work for a business he plans to open on the side. Would that be a lawsuit worthy offense as well?
