She started running but when she came to a part of the sidewalk that comes to a small hill she fell and broke her arm. I would normally not think anything of it but there is a speed bump in the road and the speed bump is yellow so driers see its there. The sidewalk comes up at a slight angle and without any warning signs a kid running down the sidewalk won't notice the change in pitch and trip and fall. I'm just wondering if there is a way to get a yellow strip and a warning placed there?

My 16 month old daughter, my husband and I got into a pretty serious car accident and my daughters side of the car was hit and a firefighter had to slam my door closed because it was hit so hard. My daughter had a bruised eye with a cut and a bump on her forehead. She is now scared of the car and has trouble calming down when we need to drive somewhere. She also is now experiencing bad sleep and was sleeping through the night, now is up multiple times a night crying. She was checked out on scene by emt and then we took her to hospital and was cleared of any concussions. Is 3200 enough?

Can I reopen a case?

I was injured when an SUV hit me in 2014. The case was settled in 2021. The injuries have worsened (nerve issues, knee issues and difficulty walking, standing, transitioning from a sitting to standing position and vice versa ). It has become very difficult to do my job in person. I find myself, as of lately, spending time making/ going to doctors' appointments, looking for a better physical therapy place, or researching medications side effects and their long term effects. This is not living, to me. Please help, my quality of life appears to be declining, and is of great concern to me, especially as I get older and am unable to physically move like I used to move. I was in an accident October of this year while on state grounds and clocked in at work and my car was not moving. The other person was at fault but the way the police wrote up the police report he wrote me, and the other person was at fault when that is not true. I was injured in this accident and when I asked the job for the footage, they claimed they don't have it anymore because the accident was over a month and the video overlapped. Monday November 3 the train stopped abruptly and I fell. The conductor and a passenger helped me up. The conductor asked me if I was hurt. I said that my hip, knee and arm was hurting. I left the train at my stop in Wilson NC. I didn't know that I was as hurt as I was. I went home and took 10mg of oxycodone and 800mg of ibuprofen. It's been a whole week now and I have bruises on my arms??, hip, leg and my back and knee still hurts. I didn't go to the hospital because I already had the medicine they would have given me at home.
