Do I have a reasonable lawsuit?
Police raided my house executing a search warrant. I was not home but two other people were. They had tactical team there (HSI) they shot about 30 rounds of tear gas through every glass window, most going through several walls inside before stopping. i have a chronic disease called hydronophrosis its basically a condition where one or both kidneys become stretched and swollen as the result of a build-up of urine (pee) inside them. It can affect people of any age. It’s sometimes spotted in unborn babies during routine pregnancy ultrasound scans. i was born prematurely because of this i have gone to the hospital since i was born every 2 years now every 4 years to check it and i have a doctors note stating i should use the restroom anytime i need to should i sure the school?

Can I sue if I was falsely arrested and detained for 10 hours ?
On 11/01/2023 I was mistakenly detained by Rock Hill Police Department on a warrant related to a fraudulent check that has no connections to me . The Fort Lawn agency failed to verify key identifying details and made a terrible mistake and detained me overnight and after holding me for 10 hours I was released out into the streets of Rock Hill, I was never brought before a judge , I was never issued a bond nor issued any warrants and my rights was never read to me I was told to come talk to the authorities that issued the warrant on 11/09/23 at 10 am to “ work something out ” and the day off the “ off record “ meeting with the judge and the lieutenant, the case was dropped, I am certain that a mistake was made and I want to clear this up. I feel violated and publicly embarrassed, traumatized and mentally anguished.

How do I get a lawsuit against a false arrest and lost of property and financial losses.
A friend and I were falsely accused of grand theft and were arrested spent some time jail, I lost my truck due to the false charges and I lost income and am continuing to lose income because of the loss of my truck and tools. My truck was impounded and the towing company was trying to hide and keep my truck by claiming they didn't have it for two weeks. The case has now been dismissed after my public defender tried to get me to take a plea of a lesser charge butb I refused because I done nothing wrong. I had a half a load of pallets on my truck before I was falsely arrested and the grocery store owner who accused me took and sold my pallets. So I'd like to start a lawsuit against the grocery store and the towing company.
