I have filed a petiton to modify my parenting plan and I’ve filed all documents and had the respondent served. I recieved an answer that they don’t agree and I want to file a notice of trial but I don’t know if I need to comply with mandatory disclosure if I’m not filing a child support worksheet or modifying child support.

Does a new Texas family mediation agreement mean the old custody and support order is null/vacated?
A non-parent/grandparent of the child and I, (mother of child), have come to an agreement through mediation in which my child support obligation was terminated. Does that then mean that the new agreeement replaces the old one and the old one is null/void/vacated/terminated?
