i have a current patent with my name and my ex-business partners name on it. she says only one name can be on it as we aren't partners -i don't buy it

my ex business partner and i hold a patent- since we are no longer a partnership, she says it needs to have one name only on the patent. this doesn't seem logical- we were 50/50 partners all the way thru this- why would i assign this to her? she is offering me our trademarked name- there's no business to sell, low sales- how is a trademarked deemed to have comparable value to a valid patent? The product was not a success, but there could be future potential value. how do you suggest i should i handle this?

As a partner in a small partnership I coded software line by line. The other partner had suggested ideas. Who owns the software IP?

The business is in investment management. The software has trading models and strategies. There was no LPA regarding IP, because we didn't think of this issue nor was it planned for me to develop software. Now the business is being terminated, IP potentially becomes an issue. Are ideas part of trade secrets protected by DTSA? Please help.

Need help with an intellectual property issue where our 501 (C) (3) has been notified we need to pay for license

We--Heart 4 Children Ministries-- received a letter in the mail from PicRights requiring Heart 4 Children Ministries, Inc pay a license fee of $1245.00 for past usage of an image. The letter stated that removal of the image will not satisfy the issue. We contacted the number on the letter and got the voice mail of the compliance officer. We left a voice mail, however no one has yet responded to our voice mail. We attempted a second call but it also went to voice mail. The image has been removed.
