Case pending for the past 21 months My Attorney is telling me there is no evidence “Its the my word vs her word” if we went to Trial? - He told me the prosecutor has offered a Plea deal of course “ lower charge to misdemeanor Petty theft WITH Admission of Guilt???? -This started 21 months ago I have a business in Florida for the past 12 years Had a customer call police and told them I edited her checks which was immediately dropped and they took 2500 out of my business account. The charged me with 3rd degree Grand theft . - this has ruined my company and my personal life “ as well as spending time with my son 50/50 “ due to the fact I have had to sell Everthing lost my vehicle chargeoff and now having to sell my house . - I am requesting advice from a highly skilled Attorney in Florida As I feel this should be dismissed or throw out . My Detroit Michigan Federal Court Appointed Attorney is not providing me with adequate legal representation. He was assigned my case about nine months ago and he has refused to discuss my court case with me and he has refused to depose any of the defendants involved in my case. His demeanor is belligerent and hostile. My previous employer who is now incarcerated used my social worker credential without my knowledge to bilk Medicare out of thousands of dollars He also used the other employees credentials to bill and receive money from Medicare. I was not apart of this and was residing in Phoenix when this was occurring.

How do I get check in my name and not "Estate of....."

My son died intestate in March 2024. Need help regarding a small check. He had nothing when he died. He was buried in a communual grave by the local Sheriff department. My apartment complex did not send out a notice prior to entering my apartment

I was asleep in my bed when 2 maintenance men entered my apartment. I am a single female who has been the victim of abuse. I let them know I was asleep with no clothes on. I was “dating” a guy for a few weeks, we were not exclusive and he bought me a new car. I did not ask him to, I hadn’t even mentioned it. Obtained a personal loan for a retailer to build a park model rv for me. The bank sent full payment of my loan to the retailer to begin. Retailer did not send bank the mco and title of the rv with 90 days and therefore retailer is in breach of agreement on paper work from bank. In fact, retailer never built the park model rv. The bank said I may now cancel the loan as they address this situation with retailer. Will my personal credit be restored immediately or not until bank goes after retailer to obtain the loan full amount.
