We are a family from Saudi Arabia and we have 2 American citizens kids since we were students in the US 6 years ago. We left United state , we went back home. But my wife and I seeking for a better education for our kid . So we are thinking to go back to the United state but we are not sure if we can legally stay there for our American kids school or not . Is there any way ? Please advise 🙏

My son had an arrest warrent. Law enforcement showed up at a third party home. Asked if they could come in and was told no come back with a search warrent. Law enforcement opened the door and let themselves in aprox 3 mins later. Was this an ileagle seizure of my son?

I'm a female senior citizen who was put in a choke hold by police officer for no reason. In ER floor and I went unconscious for over 2 days.

Husband had been poisoning me and beat me up. Police called. I got to garage where police were sick and in shock and hurt. I was begging for help. After speaking w/ husband they handcuffed me and put me in a squad car. I was wet, freezing, in shock. 67 years old, size 4 and so weak I beat up I could barely stand. They took me to ER where I was handcuffed and sat in a small chair. I could feel myself passing out and slid to floor to protect head as much as possible. Officer P Smith put me in a full choke hold. A patient saw him and started yelling at him to "stop" and he was hurting me and I had done nothing." P Smith then pulled me up by my t-shirt cutting off my wind pipe. He called me names, profanities, as I lay helpless. I awoke to an even greater nightmare. Police reports are incorrect. I did nothing wrong. I'm afraid of the police. None of this would have been known had I not pulled police and medical reports. Police report full of inaccuracies. I need direction.

My dog was attacked on 3/8/22 @ Northeast Paw Place Dog Park, by a dog whose owner was well aware that her dog had aggressive tendencies (even if it was "only my dog"). We had an issue approx a month before where her dog was being very aggressive towards mine, in fact, went after him twice that day. She stated i was overreacting, he was just being verbal. I left. Fast forward to 3/8/22. My dog was playing with several others at the water bowl, when out of nowhere her dog jumps and pins mine an proceeds to bite and shake his head. My dog was underneath squealing with Pain!! I managed to grab her dog by the neck and fling him at her to get to my baby. My dog was shaking, had a cut on his side, top of his ear and 2 tears in his ears that went down to the cartilage requiring stitches. He had a bad reaction to the pain meds and had to go back to the vet the following day. I just want to recoup my vet bills, gas money and make sure her dog is not allowed back at any dog parks.

The witness has a parent that has over 20 yrs of service working as a corrections officer with the detective that referred the charges be prosecuted against the defendant. The detective worked with the witnesses parent as a corrections officer prior to joining the force, ultimately that detective took on the case that over seen the evidence that led to prosecution of the charges.

I had refused an I.V. At the hospital for a broken tooth. Eight hospital security staff forced me to be strapped down. They put my wife in a choke hold and drug her out of the room down a hallway backwards. They shot diazepam in my arm and I woke up to find out my new bride is jail facing felony charges. Including 2nd degree assault on a police officer, resisting arrest disorderly conducts-fighting in public, obstructing peace officer-firefighter. We were just trying to leave. No motor vehicles were driven by us. We arrived by ambulance.

My ex took our dog

My ex and I broke up and he took the dog that we got together with him and moved to Florida. The registration papers are under his name, however, I have paperwork saying I paid for the dog with check. I have been assaulted 3 times. The assaulter arrested twice the last time was stabbed & no arrest/filing by DA. What are my rights.

I am a victim of domestic violence on 3 occassions now; between the beginning of last year until now. The defendant was arressted two prior incidents. This last time I was stabbed and the police said that she would be arrested. When I went to the police department to ask why she had not been put in jail yet; they told me that it was to late and there was nothing they could do about it. Still no arrest nor has the DA filed against her. Is this not against my rights? I mean how is it that someone can attempt to murder anybody and if they are not arrested in a number of days then they just get away with it. Is not assault and /or attempted murder against the law?

I run a small business and would like to collect on a small bad debt a former client does not want to pay. They're in WI, I'm in MI, it's approximately $500 and I see filing in the former clients county in a small claims court costs about $120. I understand I can also place a lien on the business(?), Would I have more luck with just placing a lien and taking my chances or is it always advisable to do the small-claims option and take my chances with a judge? Is there a better option?

Family land in an LLC

We have family land that is in an LLC. The LLC is set up 50/50 between myself and my brother. My brother is now wanting to sell the land, however I do not. I’ve offered to buy him out but what he wants is unrealistic based on the last appraisal. My question is can a sale be forced in this type of situation since the land is held in an LLC?
