I’m a natural born American citizen and I would like to petition or apply my parents for a change of status. My Dad entered the U.S. 25 years ago with a visitors Visa and my mom on a Lateral transfer visa but also expire 20 years ago. My mom has and my Dad has been paying for everything including our home mortgage ever since and lately with also with the help of my 18 year old brother who works for the military.
