I came to the U.S. on an F-2 visa as my husband is a student. After earning my nursing license, an agency filed two H-1B petitions for me in 2024, promising to withdraw one but never doing so. Both petitions were approved and later revoked—one in April 2025 and the other in August 2025. After the revocations, the agency filed my change of status back to F-2 without showing me the paperwork or getting my signature. Now I’m back on F-2 status, but my concerns are whether these revoked H-1Bs could affect my future green-card process through my husband and how best to address the agency’s actions, which caused confusion and stress.

Monday November 3 the train stopped abruptly and I fell. The conductor and a passenger helped me up. The conductor asked me if I was hurt. I said that my hip, knee and arm was hurting. I left the train at my stop in Wilson NC. I didn't know that I was as hurt as I was. I went home and took 10mg of oxycodone and 800mg of ibuprofen. It's been a whole week now and I have bruises on my arms??, hip, leg and my back and knee still hurts. I didn't go to the hospital because I already had the medicine they would have given me at home.

The very nature of going to jury duty triggers this condition. I submit the doctor's exemption every time and I get a temporary exemption. The doctor specifically marked on the form that he excuses me permanently. How do I stop the harassment as I see it? What is the point of having a doctor's exemption if it's not going to be honored?

I’m currently working in the U.S. on H1B with Employer A and have an approved I-797. My H1B visa stamping appointment with Employer A is on Nov 28 in my home country. I just got an offer from Employer B, who wants to file my H1B transfer. Can Employer B file the H1B transfer petition while I’m outside the U.S. for visa stamping with Employer A? Will this cause any issues with the transfer petition, visa stamping, or re-entry? Or should I wait to return to the U.S. after my stamping before starting the transfer process? I am applying for citizenship based on the 5 years general provision. I file my taxes jointly with my wife. We don't claim HOH on our taxes. In part 10 of n400, it is asked, "I am head of Household - yes/no" then if you answered no, who is the HOH? Well the definition from n400 instructions states: "Form N-400 Instructions 01/20/25 Page 26 of 29 The head of household is the person who filed the most recent Federal tax return on which you are listed as a dependent or the person who provides the majority of the household’s income." I did make about 4K more than my wife I am not a dependent on her taxes we file together jointly, so am I head of household based off this definition? I am confused on how to answer.
