Co buyer filing for chapter 7?
This is regarding the forms I viewed on the Pacer website. My co buyer is seeking discharge and surrendering it. I posses the vehicle and continue to make payments/insurance/repairs etc since getting it. But I am not listed as a co debtor on the 309a form I received. [Michigan] In the schedule A/B section, it is listed that only “co debtor 1” has interest in car and then lists current value of property and the current value “they” own. I am confused by this. Shouldn’t the “at least 1 of the debtors and another” be selected? As I also have interest? And then in schedule D, in the “who owes the debt” the “at least 1 of debtors and another” is selected? I am also confused by this. What are columns A, B and C in the schedule D part? Also, in schedule C section, she selected “yes” to the property being exempt. What does this mean? Lastly, the car in question is a 2016, on the documents I viewed, it is listed as a 2019. Will this be a problem? I know legal terms matter

How to get an illegal PROPERTY LIEN REMOVED
Here is our situation that we just found out about. Unbeknownst to us, there was a lien placed on my wife's Redondo Beach CA townhouse in 2014 as a result of a minor car accident that my 39-year old son (her step-son) was sued for. It appears there was default judgement that went against him for $4,400 damages, he couldn't pay it and so he filed for bankruptcy. We are only now finding out about it. The car he was driving was my wife's car that she had given him so of course at the time of the collision he had not changed the title and it was still in her name. So my wife was named as a "debtor" on the 4th page of the judgement. She was never served and so never had any knowledge of all this. Now she's trying to refinance her townhome and can't because apparently there is a lien on the property. Is there any way she can remove the lien before her loan lock expires in 5 weeks. Or is she screwed? Any help would be appreciated, many thanks! Patrick McGauley ([redacted-phone] [redacted-email]

My boss sent an email saying that My timesheet was wrong. It was. But, he put down that I was at an Oncology appt. the whole office knows. can I sue?
Hello, My boss recently sent an email stating that my time sheet was wrong. It was, wrong code for time out of the office. He sent an email saying that the sheet was wrong and the reason I was out was because I was at an Oncology Appointment. My co-workers didn't know that's where I was. I had texted him with that information the previous week, because I thought as my boss he should know. Now, my co-workers are asking, what's wrong? what type of cancer? etc. I feel violated, hurt and quite honestly, I can't afford to quit and go someplace else. I've read the hippa laws, and it seems like I can sue, but this guy doesn't seem to care.
