Can we convert EB-2 green card to F-3 green card while being in the US?

I am in the US on EB-2 green card with family since 2022. My mother-in-law had filed for F-3 immigration for us having my wife as the principal applicant in 2010. Now the F-3 application has been approved and asked to us process with documents and interview. Please advise if we can convert the EB-2 green card to F-3 green card with an adjustment of status while being in the US? If yes, please advise the procedures for the same. Thanks.

Purchased a condo in Naples Florida in 09/24. Less than 24 hours after closing, HOA notified us that we have a balcony water leak that leaks into the garage that needs repaired. The leak was never disclosed prior to this notification. The HOA & prior owner(s) had communication about the leak. It was obviously a pre-existing leak based on the eroded epoxy paint and concrete damage on the garage floor & ceiling. Neighbors have also stated the elak has been going on for years. We had a contractor on site that made the same statements about it being on-going for years. After months of going back & forth, HOA replaced two balcony floor drains and a hand railing which were all suspected of being the leak source, the leak remains. We are now being told by the HOA that its our responsibility to make the repairs at our cost. Estimated cost exceeds $225K. Are we protected by the Johnson v Davis Law?

Can I assume jail time if my soon to be ex wife of 6 years, currently 27yo, brings to light that we had sex when she was 16? We're looking at separation and she reminded me of it. She doesn't hate me, just feels like she got married to young and she claims we'll be friends. She wants the chance to do things on her own. BUT she was grossed out that there may be proof that her mother has. A journel she kept in her teens. Maybe some pics. I was arrested for some out of state warrant from years ago the arresting officer arrested me and unlawfully searched the car I was driving they took me to the jail I was booked in on the warrants but not charged with any other crime we’ll 10 days later I was released the out of state warrants and the case were dismissed well I had been meaning to go and get the police report because I was wanting to find out if they actually did an inventory well they did a little bury one not covering near the stuff that was inside but then I notice that they had put in the nibrs report that they found and seized marijuana from me and. They listed the vehicle as a drug related vehicle in to the nibrs report the incident report has a different address than the place of arrest that was in the arrest report I am waiting on the. Police cam right now but am looking for a lawyer

I’m a U.S. citizen planning to start the marriage-based green card process for my spouse, who currently lives outside the U.S. We haven’t filed the I-130 yet.
