I was the only employee fired for theft when there were many of us, can I sue my employer?
I was recently fired for theft from my longtime employer; however, I was not the only one stealing. I was a server at a restaurant that offered a comp of $25 to our customers. Post pandemic we weren't getting tipped or making money and so me and several of my coworkers used the button to make up for what we weren't getting tipped. In the end, I was the only one fired while my company had the electronic journal and could see that I was not the only one. Is this wrongful termination by chance and can I sue my former employer?

business issue
Dear Team This is Layla from Eahora. We recently encountered a business dilemma. Let me introduce to you. 1 We are a seller on Amazon. And we sell Eletric Motorcycle, which is a $3000 goods. 2 Due to the truck company delay, the goods didn't get to the customer in time. Then, he opened the A to Z claim on Amazon, and Amazon gave him a full refund. But, the customer signed the goods and still using the goods for FREE. We tried to contact customer to pay or return the scooter, but the customer never reply our email and phone. 2 Now, the customer is using the goods(Eahora M2) for FREE. We lost about $3500. It's really a huge lost to us. 3 My requirement is that how can we ask the customer to pay our back? Or return the scooter on the help of law? Have i make myself clear? Hope to hear you Layla

My dog was viciously attacked by a dog. Now, the same dog has attacked another dog and killed it. What actions can be taken?
Three years ago while walking on the street a dog tore out of a doorway and attacked my dog, injuring her seriously. I made a police complaint but was told that Florida/Lee County Law did not provide for any restrictions on the dog. Now, while its owner was walking the dog it got away from him and raced to a driveway where a woman and her two dogs were standing. The dog grabbed one of the dogs and shook it to death. The owner is in his 90s and walks the dog while riding a recumbent bike. He could not even get out of the bike to help the woman. He is clearly unable to control a vicious dog and we live in an area where almost everyone has a dog. My dog still is afraid of other dogs and I have PTSD from the incident. He payed my dog bills but that is not enough. The dog needs to be relocated or destroyed. What can the police do? What can I do?

Can I take a small memory stick I purchased when I quit
I purchased a flash drive 2 years ago and was never reimbursed for it so I currently am still the owner. I personally programmed everything that is on that flash drive from me 100% from ground up. It is programs for setting on a paint line booth for automated paint guns. Each program is for different type parts, and different type paints and is programmed for all the setting for the paint guns application of the paint. I am quitting as they are not holding up their end of our agreement for my rehire after I previously had quit and the owner made offers and deals via text message that was confirmed multiple times and written out fully via text (which I still have) I have met all my ends of the deal, and they have not compensated accordingly to our deal and it is over a year later now and they aren’t going to. I am quitting for a better job, and I am wondering can I take my flash drive that I purchased and wrote all programs on alone? It is used daily by myself in the paint room.

How should I structure a new nonprofit business with a partner?
Hello. My friend and I are starting a new nonprofit business, to promote, educate, and grow diversity in equine sports. My partner runs the day to day horse operations and has existing assets (horses, tack, equipment), totaling more than 100k. I am providing all the business support such as a fully developed website, business plan, phone/email setup, social media account setup, and will be doing all the marketing, fundraising, finances, etc. What is the best way to structure our company? Should my partner have 100% ownership/shares, and I be compensated for my consulting services, either by a % of income/donations and/or a fixed hourly rate/salary? Would it be a good idea to assign a % of ownership/shares in consideration for the intellectual property I have already created (website, social media accounts and business plan)? Note: We have a CPA who is assisting with filing the Articles of Incorporation, FEIN, and 501c3 application.

How do I legally stop Big Prairie Township from approving a variance and/or rezoning of rural residential
On August 11 I attended a public hearing at the Big Prairie Township (Newaygo County Michigan) and became aware of a plan for Verizon to place a cell communication tower right next to my private rural residence starting 20 feet of my private property line. The cell communication tower itself will be 120 feet from my private property line. The Township seems ready to approve the variance and/or rezoning. I was able to get a short "stay" to allow more research into this and the next hearing is scheduled for September 22, 2022 at the Big Prairie Township location.
