i have been slandered by an attorney that i retained for a quiet title action in Detroit, Mi for one she turned on me and i reported it to the att gen
i retained an attorney to quiet title a property that i had taken out of forfeiture and have expenses as a result of the interested i had invested in the prop. after i paid her $1500.00 in a flat fee. She filed a motion to intervene and was denied. As a result she lost the case and called to tell me i had lost and blamed me. After reporting her to the attorney Grievance committee she sent a letter saying she had returned the retainers which she did not and she used racist statements in her reports and her remarks were very negative to the AGC towards me and i had treated her with respect and she has not returned any fees and has generated a bill asking for more fees and i am agreived because i lost money and time and ultimately the property has been sold by fraud. I have no recourse and i was supposed to be the owner because it was left to me and it was filed in probated assigning residue of the estate of my great aunt who had raised me. It has caused me to be sick emotionally.

Was our dog mistreated during a neuter?
Our dog was neutered and within a week had an infection, an abscess, and a hematoma resulting in the complete removal of his scrotum. The vet is claiming it was not a fault on their end however we are feeling as though it was, and are not sure if we should be financially liable for the cost of correction that might have been caused by something they might have done on their end.

Patent(s) 06/16/2022
I have ideas for a couple of patents, so it was suggested I contact an attorney specializing in that area. The few offices I've thus far contacted had no idea what a patent attorney is, even though their firms are listed under that category. In short, I would like to schedule and in-person "interview" with a local patent attorney to determine the viability of my ideas, the steps involved in producing prototypes, and which types of patents I need, as well as cost for all the steps involved.

What are legal laws for me if I am almost 20 and still live with my parents?
I am almost 20 and still live at home with my parents. I am thankfully finally allowed to start college this fall. My parents do not allow for anything. I am not allowed to have friends or talk to anyone online, they go through my stuff, they feel its their job as parents to be able to hold me accountable for everything I do. They control my entire life. I wanted to go to law school when I was younger and am beginning to think it would have been a great idea! I would like to know what the legal laws for me are. I am almost 20 but I do still live with them. Legally what are they allowed to do?
