Do I need an LLC or can I work as a sole proprietor and just get business insurance? I'm a lic.professional counselor working independently virtually.
I'm working out of my home virtually using telehealth, taking self-pay rates from approximately 10-12 clients per month, charging $120 an hour. I do not plan on hiring employees and I would use my personal name for counseling instead of an actual different business name. I am a licensened professional mental health counselor who has professional malpractice insurance. Would I need to also add in business insurance and work as a sole proprietor or would I need to form an LLC? Either way I think I would need an EIN to protect my identity from clients instead of using a social security number.

Is there a way to petition to have liens removed from my house title that was placed there from credit card companies if I have not paid the debt off?
I am facing foreclosure. I went into the save your home program in my state and they state I have liens on my house from credit card companies and in order to participate in the program I would have to have the holder of the liens agree to go 2nd position on my house. The creditors refused to go into 2nd position so I could not participate in that program to save my house. I was told I could save my house by filing a Chapter 13 bankruptcy which I did. However, my bankruptcy payment is 1083 a month which is a lot of money and would not leave me much money after paying that. I had a meeting with the creditors meeting already and I'm schedule to see the judge in April to see if they will approve the plan. My concern with the plant is that I will have no money for food or anything else every month so I was seeing if there is an option to get the liens removed before then an re-enter the save your home program to avoid the bankruptcy.

I'm a black woman. I worked for 3 years at the airport as a manager; I put in my 2 weeks notice and quit. I decided to return within a month and was rehired, but lost my seniority. Another female, white manager put in a 2 weeks notice (but left 2 days after the notice); she also decided to return and was rehired, but her seniority was restored. I feel discriminated against and I feel that my seniority should have been restored as well.

Is this third party data tracking done by two separate jurisdictions legal?
In July of this past year I had engaged in a family dispute at my legal residence, left the situation to go actively look at apartments across the state (different town). Nothing illegal happened in the dispute. A relative called to inquire where I was and I refused to disclose and so was tracked, with no warrant, to where I was staying by the local police in that town. I was taken to a psych unit and declared stable there (no hospitalization) and was deemed free to go. The police in the town I was in were in communication with the local police department where I came from, verifiable through the hospital. In the town I was staying in I had done nothing but watch TV and go eat at a neighboring mall. I assure you no erratic behavior of any kind took place where I was staying therefore the only feasible way that police department were to be involved and nodded to my position would have been to actively work with the department of where I came from, across the state. This was a ridiculous
